Clear, simple, and transparent policies for all Colorique customers.
Welcome to Colorique! By accessing or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, website users, and anyone who engages with our platform.
Our goal is to deliver high-quality painting solutions with transparency and professionalism. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically, as they help ensure a smooth and satisfactory working experience for all clients.
All painting services provided by Colorique are performed by trained professionals who follow industry-standard guidelines. Every project comes with an estimated timeline, but this may vary due to weather conditions, material delays, or customer-requested modifications.
Before starting the project, a detailed scope of work will be shared with the client, including the type of paint, tools, surface preparation, expected results, and estimated duration. Any changes requested by the customer after work begins may result in additional costs or extended timelines.
Clients must make payments according to the schedule outlined in the invoice or work order. We accept digital payments, bank transfers, and other modes agreed upon during booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, provided that the project has not started. Once materials are purchased or the team is deployed, refunds will not be issued. Any partial refunds will be evaluated based on the progress of the work.
To ensure smooth execution, clients must provide safe and unrestricted access to the painting area. This includes clearing furniture, fragile items, wall hangings, electronic devices, and valuables from the workspace.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring adequate ventilation, water supply, electricity access, and safety for Colorique workers. If required, the client must arrange permission from building authorities or society management prior to project commencement.
Colorique offers complimentary guidance on color selection, but the final color choice is solely the client’s decision. We recommend testing sample patches on walls before finalizing, as lighting and texture may affect the appearance of shades.
We are not responsible for client dissatisfaction resulting from personal preference or misjudgment of selected colors. Repainting or shade changes requested after work completion will be treated as an additional service and charged accordingly.
While our team takes every precaution to protect your property, Colorique is not liable for pre-existing damages such as cracks, moisture issues, fungal growth, or structural weaknesses discovered during the painting process.
We are also not responsible for any delays caused by unavoidable circumstances such as weather, supply issues, or safety-related concerns. Any such risks will be communicated clearly to the client before continuing the work.
Colorique reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms at any time based on company policies or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of our services after revisions implies acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes.
